Consultation Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Thank you for your interest in ConQuered Digital Marketing. To ensure every client receives dedicated attention and strategic guidance, the following consultation policy applies to all new client inquiries.
Consultation Fee
A $50.00 consultation fee is required to schedule a consultation appointment via Zelle. The consultation fee covers:
- A dedicated one-on-one strategy session
- Review of your business needs and goals
- Discussion of desired services
- Project recommendations
- General pricing and timeline information
Consultation Time Frame
Each consultation is scheduled for up to one (1) hour. During this time, we will discuss:
- Website Design
- Branding & Logo Design
- Business Cards
- Brochures & Flyers
- Marketing Materials
- Digital Marketing Services
- Business Growth Goals
- Project Scope & Expectations
Payment Requirements
- Consultation fees must be paid prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Consultations will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
- The consultation fee is non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Project Quotes
- Following the consultation, clients will receive a customized proposal and/or quote based on the services discussed.
- The consultation fee does not apply toward future project costs unless otherwise stated in writing by ConQuered Digital Marketing.
